J'espère que vous avez passé une très bonne semaine!

J'ai une nouvelle page A4 à partager avec vous en cette veille de weekend mettant en scène une photo prise au Love Park de Philadelphie en 2011 et des produits Pink Paislee, avec notamment la collection C'est La Vie et ses couleurs toutes douces.

J'ai commencé par tracer et découper des cercles dans des papiers imprimés que j'ai ensuite coupés en deux. J'ai placé la photo au centre de la page à l'aide de carrés de mousse 3D et ai disposé des découpes en papier et en acétate sur et autour de la photo. J'ai ensuite collé les demi-cercles de papiers en diagonale, à la manière de tuiles, de part et d'autre de la photo. J'ai terminé en ajoutant des bandes de papier imprimé à la base des rangées de demi-cercles.

I have a 8.5x11 page to share with you today using a picture snapped at the Love Park in Philadelphia in 2011 as well as Pink Paislee supplies. I can't get enough of the beautiful and soft colors of the C'est La Vie collection!

To create this layout, I started with drawing and cutting circles in sheets of patterned paper. I then cut them in half. I adhered the photo in the middle of the page using foam squares and placed paper and acetate die-cuts on and around the pic. I then sticked lightly the semicircles in two rows, just like tiles, at the top and at the bottom of the photo. Finally, I added strips of patterned paper at the basis of the semicircle lines.
