Loves Makes Everything Grow

I hope you are doing well! I'm back with a new layout using the beautiful Flourish collection by Maggie Holmes and Crate Paper and a spring photo of my youngest girl playing in our garden last year. It's pretty cold and rainy over here for the moment and I can't wait for spring to come!

J'espère que vous allez bien! En attendant le retour des beaux jour et l'arrivée du printemps, j'ai fait une page printanière avec la belle collection Flourish de Maggie Holmes et Crate Paper ainsi qu'une photo de ma petite dernière dans notre jardin l'année dernière.

I picked the colorful paper Anne for the background and decided to spice it up with black and white scallops. I drew and cut circles in a pretty floral paper from the Flourish 6x6 paper pad and I cut them again in half to get half circles. I then bent them up a bit and placed them in the center of the page. I topped them with my photo and then turned to the embellishing part.

J'ai opté pour un fond coloré avec le papier Anne et j'ai décidé de l'agrémenter de festons noirs et blancs pour apporter un peu de contraste. J'ai donc dessiné des cercles dans un joli papier floral du paper pad Flourish et je les ai à nouveau coupés en deux pour obtenir des demi-cercles. Je les ai recourbés légèrement, je les ai disposés au centre de la page avec ma photo et je suis passée à la partie embellissement.

I tucked a cute rabbit die cut and beautiful flowers and leaves under my photo and I topped it with another flower from the Flourish floral embellishment pack. I also added a couple of wood veneer leaves from my stash to my photo cluster.

J'ai glissé des fleurs, des feuilles ainsi qu'un cadre orné d'un lapin sous ma photo et je l'ai surmontée d'une autre belle fleur de la collection. J'ai également agrémenté mon cluster central de quelques jolies feuilles en bois.

For the title, I used a vellum die cut that I adhered under the picture. Finally, I completed my spring layout with a few glittery enamel dots and a  lovely butterfly that I placed on the top right corner of the page.

Pour le titre, j'ai utilisé une découpe en calque que j'ai disposée sous la photo. Enfin, j'ai complété ma page printanière avec quelques enamel dots dorés et un joli papillon que j'ai placé tout en haut de la page.
