Yay - Cocoa Vanilla Studio

Bonjour!

Je suis de retour avec une nouvelle page que vous pouvez retrouver aujourd'hui sur le blog de Cocoa Vanilla Studio. C'est une page en format A4 sur le thème de Pâques avec une photo de ma fille aînée à 2 ans en pleine chasse aux oeufs dans le jardin. J'ai utilisé la très jolie collection Make A Wish qui se prête particulièrement bien aux pages printanières avec ses couleurs douces.

I'm back with a new layout that I'm sharing today on the Cocoa Vanilla Studio blog. This time, I made a 8.5x11 page focusing on Easter with a photo of my oldest girl egg hunting in the garden back when she was 2. So sweet! I used the super pretty Make A Wish collection that is perfect for Spring and Easter projects with its soft colors.

Pour le fond, j'ai utilisé du carton ondulé blanc. J'adore la texture que ça apporte à la page! J'ai vu les choses en grand avec la photo que j'ai mattée avec un morceau du papier Loot Bag et que j'ai collée avec des carrés de mousse 3D.

For the background, I used white corrugated paper. I love the texture it gives to the page! I went with a large photo this time. I backed it with the Loot Bag paper and adhered it to the background with foam squares.

Je me suis ensuite affairée à créer une bannière sous la photo avec des découpes de l'ephemera pack et des fanions que j'ai découpés dans les papiers Party Mix et Daydream. J'ai ensuite décoré ma bannière avec de jolis boutons et des sequins du bits & pieces pack.

I then got busy making a banner under the pic with die cuts from the ephemera pack and pennants that I cut out from the Party Mix and Daydream papers. I adorned my banner with cute buttons and shiny sequins from the bits & pieces pack.

J'ai fait des clusters en haut et en bas de la page avec un napperon coupé en deux et une jolie fleur en résine du bits & pieces pack, des découpes du die cut ephemera pack, un badge et une bande de journaling sur laquelle j'ai imprimé la date.

I made little clusters at the top and at the bottom of the page using a doily that I cut in half and a pretty flower from the bits & pieces pack, paper pieces from the die cut ephemera pack, one of the lovely flair buttons and a journaling strip with the date.

Pour le titre, j'ai utilisé une découpe en bois que j'ai ornée d'un joli papillon de l'ephemera pack, d'un bouton et de sequins du bits & pieces pack. Pour apporter du relief à ma page, j'ai recourbé la plupart des éléments en papier et j'ai utilisé de la mousse 3D.

For the title, I used a wood veneer word that I placed on the photo and adorned with a pretty butterfly from the ephemera pack, a button and sequins from the bits & pieces pack. To give dimension to my page, I folded the paper pieces gently and I used foam squares.
