A very happy unbirthday

"Un joyeux non-anniversaire! A moi? A toi!"... J'ai regardé le dessin animé "Alice au Pays des Merveilles" hier soir avec ma grande. Du coup, ça m'a donné des idées pour cette nouvelle page. J'avais justement des photos de mes filles qui jouent à la dînette, prises avec mon téléphone portable il y a environ un an, et un papier Bo Bunny qui correspondait tout à fait au thème et que j'avais dans mon placard depuis un moment... Je me suis donc mise au travail cet après-midi!

J'ai commencé par étaler du gesso sur un pochoir et faire quelques taches. J'ai également passé un peu de gesso avec un pinceau sur l'alphabet pour que sa couleur s'accorde mieux au papier de fond. En plus des différents papiers, j'ai utilisé une page de livre (Alice au Pays des Merveilles justement). Pour ajouter un peu de volume, j'ai collé les photos et les découpes en papier avec des carrés de mousse 3D.

'A very happy unbirthday! To me? To you!'... I watched the 'Alice in Wonderland' cartoon yesterday evening with my elder daughter and it inspired me a new layout. I happened to have pictures of my girls playing tea party that I took with my phone about a year ago. I also had a Bo Bunny paper 'exactically' fitting the theme in my cupboard... So I got crafting this afternoon!

I started by spreading gesso on a stencil  and by making a few stains. I also put some gesso with a paintbrush on the alpha thickers to make them match the background paper. In addition to several papers, I used a page from Alice in Wonderland. To add a bit of volume, I stuck the photos and the ephemera with pop dots.

- papiers / papers: Bo Bunny (Little Miss), Crate Paper (Styleboard),  page de livre / book page.

- embellissements / embellishments: alphabet / alpha stickers (American Crafts, My Little Shoebox), découpes en papier / ephemera (Crate Paper-Oh Darling), gesso, sequins.
