Let's get together

Je suis de passage en cette veille de weekend pour vous montrer une nouvelle page en format A4, avec à nouveau une photo datant de l'été dernier. Et oui, par ce temps froid et pluvieux, je rêve de retrouver le soleil estival!

Pour réaliser cette page, j'ai utilisé des papiers et des découpes Fancy Pants. J'ai découpé une bande, des fleurs ainsi qu'un tag dans du papier imprimé. J'ai ensuite orné le tag de lettres, de die-cuts et d'un morceau de twine. Près de la bande de papier imprimé, j'ai collé un morceau de washi tape le long de la page. Sous la photo, j'ai glissé un napperon taché d'encre dorée. J'ai également fait quelques taches à l'encre noire. Pour le titre, j'ai utilisé une découpe en calque de la collection Confetti de Maggie Holmes. Enfin, j'ai collé la photo et le tag avec des carrés de mousse 3D pour apporter du relief.

I'm stopping by today to share a 8.5x11 layout using another picture from last summer. With all the rain and the wind over here, I'm longing for some hot sunshine!

To create this page, I used Fancy Pants papers and die-cuts. I cut a strip, flowers and a tag in sheets of patterned paper. I then adorned the tag with letters, die-cuts and a bit of twine. I sticked some washi along the page, right next to the strip of patterned paper, on the left hand side of the layout. I placed the photo over a paper doily stained with gold ink and I made more stains on the background paper using black ink. For the title, I used a vellum die-cut from the Confetti collection by Maggie Holmes. To create dimension, I sticked the picture and the tag with 3D foam squares.
